Sodexo India - For Sodexo India, Konfides Lydia Front Office has raised staff productivity to a new level. Using POS management tools, Sodexo team is able to monitor and track the activity of cardholders and merchants. Even integrating existing paper vouchers to the system was easy with a terminal. Merchants used a barcode reader connected to the terminals and uploaded the information to the Sodexo system.
Multinet, World’s and Turkey’s first company which uses smart card technology in the field of corporate expenses and the non-wage payments, has implemented this vision with the support of Konfides team.
Konfides Kampus Suite is in use with all the modules and almost all kind of integrations possible in Marmara University. Card Life Cycle Management module was customized to handle university, bank and perso center processes. Access Control Module was extended to support gym memberships, visitor tracking and elevator control.
BIM hard discount market chain is the biggest retail chain with more than 4000 outlets (December 2013) all around Turkey. Konfides brought the project idea to BIM in 2005 and first terminals were installed in 2006. By the end of the year terminals were running in all 1650 stores. Selling GSM airtime was the first feasible application to start with. BIM also requested migration of paper gift vouchers to disposable magnetic stripe cards. Both applications created a huge ripple effect in retail sector. In 2012 BIM launched its own MVNO (BIMCELL).
