Cardholder Management
Depending on the business model of program, Cardholder Management might have a connection for corporate cardholders or direct management of cardholder.
Merchant Management
Contracts with merchants, commercial conditions of contracts and other merchant specific details like invoicing rules are managed in this module.
Terminal Management
Terminal definitions of merchants and operational parameters related to physical terminals installed in merchant premises.
Card Production and Delivery
Card personalization and delivery of the personalized cards within an organization is a very detailed process. Grouping personalization batches and printing delivery notes for courier and customer is a major issue of operations team.
Finance Management
This module is used for managing customer and merchant accounts in financial operations. It also adds basic financial tracking capabilities to the existing modules. Invoice calculation for merchant and customers are handled by this module. It also supports customer and merchant web interfaces.
Field Operations
Starting with the purchase of the terminals; installation to the merchant, remote software download management, terminal tracking within the operation and all the other terminal related operational procedures are controlled by this module.
Issue Tracking
This module provides interfaces for helpdesk personnel which are specialized to keep track of the questions, problems from customers, merchants and card holders.
Web Interfaces Module
External interface to access information from a web user interface or through WebServices is possible for all stakeholders.
Fixed Price Payment Module
This module automates the sales transactions by defining meal time intervals per customer/
department and assigning prices to these intervals.
In addition to card debit automation, this module can be configured to trigger other systems such as turnstiles, gates and similar access control systems.
