Flexible revenue management models (commission from merchant, service fee from customer), comprehensive spending controls, offline operation option, point or currency based benefit modelling are critical features to be envisioned when running benefit programs for meal/food, healthcare, childcare or similar. These programs are quite popular in Latin America and Europe.
Expense Management
Expense management infrastructure must support much more than amount entry and a simple payment transaction. Main expense management items for companies are company cars and hotel accommodation. Checking the fuel type, odometer reading, daily/monthly limits, car license plate are basic controls that creates a difference on the reporting and control on car fuel expenses. For hotel expenses; fixed price arrangements and tracking extra spending will bring savings and ease of use for employee and the employer. Lydia is not limited to manage hotel or fuel expense management. Customizable features will be easily adapted to new expense types or control mechanisms.
