Expense Management

Expense management infrastructure must support much more than amount entry and a simple payment transaction. Main expense management items for companies are company cars and hotel accommodation. Checking the fuel type, odometer reading, daily/monthly limits, car license plate are basic controls that creates a difference on the reporting and control on car fuel expenses. For hotel expenses; fixed price arrangements and tracking extra spending will bring savings and ease of use for employee and the employer.
